In the same scene in the movie mentioned above when Mona and Mouse are descending the steps, there are two brief clips of women working in the gardens in front of their homes. The woman in the second clip is working on her roses in front of this house.

Since the filming of "Tales of the City" (and when this photo was taken), there have been some changes made to the home’s exterior somewhat modifying its appearance – most noticeably the stone façade around the window and entrance door. Here’s that video clip again.
