Levi's Plaza, starting at Sansome, crossing Battery, and continuing through to the Embarcadero

Named after those jeans, this is a well-kept, cozy park and, if needed, it is a nice place to rest before you continue the tour.  There are a couple of rules you need to know:  1) As tempting as the gurgling water is, do not take off your shoes and dip your feet into the water.  2) There is a “no-blanket” rule which means you can’t place a blanket on the grass to sun yourself.

This is a safe park and it’s well patrolled.  (Try walking in the fountains and you’ll see how well the park is patrolled.)  If you’re in the park during lunch hour, you might be entertained with music.
